Finding Your Way Here

If you’re arriving by plane, train, or bus, direct a taxi to bring you to the Student Union on the University at Buffalo’s North Campus.

If you’re traveling by car via the New York State Thruway (I-90), take Exit 50 to I-290 West. Stay on I-290 to Exit 4 (I-990). Follow the signs for University at Buffalo (Exit 1 off I-990). Exit 1 will bring you onto Audubon Parkway, the main road that encircles UB’s North Campus. Use the “turn-around” just before the traffic light and travel north on Audubon. Turn right at Lee Entrance, the first street after the traffic light. Turn right into the Jarvis B Parking Lot. After parking, follow signs to the Student Union. The check-in site will be located in the Lobby. Please note, students and family members attending orientation must park in Jarvis B Lot.

Maps of the UB campus are available online.

New Student Fees

The new student fee covers all expenses associated with orientation. The $80 fee will be included in your spring 2010 tuition bill; no payment is due now.

Where You Can Stay for Orientation

For students living in the University Residence Halls during the spring semester, the halls officially open on Sunday, January 10, 2010.
