Parent & Family Orientation

Parent & Family Orientation

Welcome to UB! Whether UB is close to home or far away, whether your student will be living on campus or off campus, this is an exciting time for your family. At UB, we see ourselves as partners with you and your students, providing the best support system to help students succeed at UB. Parent & Family Orientation is where our partnership begins – and it continues throughout your student’s UB experience.

Parent & Family Orientation

During each first year and transfer student Orientation, there is a corresponding Parent & Family Orientation. For students, Orientation is a time for discovery. For parents, this is a time to build the foundations upon which students can succeed in college.

Why come to Parent & Family Orientation?

Parent & Family Orientation will personalize UB. As you meet the caring professionals who work with students, the University becomes more than bricks and mortar, it becomes a network.
