Students at UB's Orientation

Step 1: Complete Orientation Data Form

Completing your orientation data form is your first step. Check back in early March.

Your Orientation Data Form gives your academic advisor detailed information about your academic background, interests and concerns. They will use the information you provide to help you begin your academic planning at UB and develop a preliminary course schedule. You will also choose the dates of your orientation session and register your family for our separate Parent & Family Orientation program that runs at the same time as your student orientation program.

It is very important that you complete the data form entirely, including the questions regarding any AP and/or currently enrolled or recently completed college courses, as this will assist your academic advisor with helping you to plan your semester schedule properly.
