Families are an important part of new students' transition to UB. Here’s how to make the transition easy:

Attend Parent & Family Orientation

Families are encouraged to attend Orientation! UB offers separate but concurrent orientation sessions for parents and family, where you will learn about:

Send messages from home

Hearing from you matters to your student. UB’s Campus Dining and Shops offers a “Greetings from Home” program. Order cakes, goodie bags, teddy bears, balloons, “Study Break” packages and more. Or surprise your student by adding money to their Dining Dollars or Campus Cash account. Do it all at MyUBCard.com.
